Which documents do you need for onboarding on Weunity Bridge?
This article explains which information and documents are required for onboarding on Weunity Bridge. It gives you an overview of what should be prepared in advance in order to complete the registration process efficiently.
What is Weunity Bridge?
Weunity Bridge is the self-service platform that helps you better understand your donors thanks to real-time statistics, design the public appearance of your TWINT organization profile, and further expand your reach while our partner network continues to grow.
Before you start
Before starting your onboarding on Weunity Bridge, please review once more the eligibility criteria for joining the TWINT donation portal.
Which information about your organization should you have ready?
Please prepare the following details:
- Website (URL)
- Short description of the organization (field of activity and focus)
- Year of foundation
- Area of activity
- Legal form
- Organization language
- Countries in which you are active
- Company UID / VAT number (if available)
- ZEWO certificate (if available)
- Proof of tax exemption
- Official address
Once you have entered and submitted this information, the internal review process begins. We aim to process it promptly but kindly ask for some patience.
How do I link my RaiseNow account with Weunity Bridge?
To be able to collect donations via Weunity Bridge in the future, you need a RaiseNow account and must link it with Weunity. You will be guided step by step through the process in Weunity Bridge.
- Do you already have a RaiseNow account?
→ When linking, make sure to use the same email address as in your RaiseNow account. Only then can we assign you to the correct organization. - You don’t have a RaiseNow account yet?
→ No problem, you can create it during the process in Weunity Bridge.
Once the connection with RaiseNow has been successfully completed and your organization has been reviewed and approved by RaiseNow, you can already move on to the next step – even if the Weunity approval process is still ongoing.
The connection to RaiseNow can be deactivated at any time. Learn more about it here.
Which materials do I need for my public profile?
What is the public profile?
It is your organization’s profile, which is listed on the TWINT donation portal and accessible to donors.
Prepare the following elements to create your public profile:
- Link to your organization’s website
- Logo, ideally in SVG format
- Headline in DE, EN, FR, IT (max. 40 characters)
- Short description of the organization or donation purpose in DE, EN, FR, IT* (max. 500 characters per language)
→ With this text, you show donors the important contribution your organization makes. Tip: Specific key figures can help convey an even more tangible picture of your work. - Background image (min. 2072 x 1512 pixels)
*Your organization profile does not necessarily have to be available in all four languages on the portal. However, if it is not available in the donor’s language, your profile will not be displayed – which limits your reach. Therefore, we recommend always publishing the profile in all four languages.
What happens after onboarding?
Once all information about your organization and your public profile has been entered and the connection with RaiseNow has been completed, your part of the onboarding is done. We will inform you as soon as the approvals for your organization and your profile are available. Afterwards, we will publish your organization’s profile on the TWINT donation portal.
